Use this extra time to get caught up with your adopted country project, read in your parallel reading book, and get a good start on your culture journal. You could probably do most of the culture journal over these four days. Be sure to read over the directions and get going!! It's really fun once you get started. In addition to sketching or taking pictures of the places you observe, it would be a good idea to pick up 'momentos' of your visit such as a napkin from a fast food restauant, a menu, a ticket stub, etc. Just make sure that what you take is free and available. Please be on your best behavior and don't bother people--you can observe without being obtrusive!

Wednesday-test corrections due, also you should have chpt. 4 read by then
Folk culture-Who are the Amish?
Thursday-finish chpt. 4, begin chpt. 5 on Language
Friday-continue Language (probably lab time)
